Tony Pigford III

Tony was born in Wilmington NC and attended Wallace Rose Hill High School. He received his BA in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he was also a UNC football Letterman and member of the 2001 Peach Bowl Championship team. In 2008 he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Elon University. Tony specializes in manual treatment of the shoulder and spine as well as treatment of balance and vestibular disorders.
In his spare time, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and competition BBQ. He is very excited to provide the rural areas of Pender and Duplin Counties access to evidenced based physical therapy techniques.
