Revive Physical Therapy is the areas only physical therapist owned outpatient facility. We provide individualized, evidence based treatments and personalized care to patients of all ages. All treatment is provided by a licensed physical therapist in a private one-on-one environment.
Our Mission is to provide Pender and Duplin County with evidence based Physical Therapy delivered in a timely, convenient, and efficient manner. We specialize in treating the outpatient orthopedic and neurological population, including post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic trauma, athletic injuries, strokes, Parkinson's, balance/vertigo disorders, and chronic conditions. We provide individualized, evidence based treatments and personalized care to patients of all ages. All treatment is provided by a licensed therapist in a private one on one environment.
We believe clients are best served through individualized care provided by licensed therapists in a private practice setting.
